The Chef's Table & Gourmet Buffets
 

Whether a magnificent table fit for royalty and served by uniformed chefs or a simple hot, cold or mixed buffet, you can be sure of a plentiful selection of freshly prepared, gourmet items and service standards second to none.

Whilst the quality of our food and service goes without saying, we also understand the importance of excellent presentation and in particular, the need for the buffet table to look nothing short of fantastic; in the case of hot buffets, to also produce a blend of aromas to excite and tempt your guests. Regardless of the scale of the event, our chef's will ensure that your table is laid out to achieve the maximum possible impact. We can also arrange for ice sculptures, floral or theme displays to enhance the visual presentation.

In planning the layout, our expert front-of-house managers will also account for the smooth flow of guests to minimise queuing and bottlenecks.

Cold Buffet

  • Lamb with cous-cous flavoured with spices, dates, nuts and herbs parcels

  • Baked salmon in a Champagne and cream sauce finished with asparagus
  • Apricot and almond filled lamb steak in a port and berry fruit sauce

  • Pork fillet in a blue cheese and celery sauce
  • Moroccan fish tagine flavoured with saffron, coriander and potatoes
  • Slow braised lamb with roasted root vegetables
