Dinner Parties

 

We are very well known for our dinner parties. We have a team of dedicated and professional chefs ready to go into any kitchen at any venue and produce a top quality meal of a standard that you would only normally find in an expensive restaurant.

Our waiting staff will pamper your guests, and attend to their every need, while you as the host will be able to relax and enjoy our food and service while socialising with your guests.

We offer a complete and very personal service which starts with a consultation, to discuss your likes and dislikes. We would like to know as much as possible about the event and your guests - and normally you would end up with a very special event that has been personally tailorred to your requirements.

Sample Dinner Party Menu
Starters
A salad of Italian leaf, asparagus, sun blushed tomatoes and prosciutto with a basil dressing.

King prawns tossed in garlic and Pernod and butter in a cream sauce.

Seared tuna with a spicy tomato salsa on a bed of radicchio.

Roasted pepper and spinach terrine with a French mustard dressing.

     
     

Main Courses


Fillet steak, foie Gras parfait and wild mushroom filo parcel served with a brandy and Meux mustard sauce, rosti potato, asparagus seared in butter with garlic.

Chicken supreme baked in a cream and Nolly Pratt sauce with asparagus and oyster mushrooms with new potatoes and cherry tomatoes roasted in balsamic vinegar.

Sea bass fillet pan fried on grilled radisshio with a rich roasted Mediterranean vegetable ratatouille and potatoes baked in sea salt.

     

Dover sole fillets filled with a salmon mousse, poached in white wine, on a crab and spinach mash, with broccoli and fine cut carrots and a beurre blanc sauce.

Desserts


A selection of fruit, mini dough-nuts, marshmallows and a chocolate fondue.

Lemon tart and flambeed strawberries.

Chocolate and almond filo parcel with a red wine poached pear and vanilla pod ice cream.

Summer pudding packed with fruits with creme fraiche.
