This is a somewhat belated message to all of you to thank you so much for the fabulous catering for our party last Thursday.

Thank you Simon for the wonderful menu you designed for us and Steve for working so hard on the day. Lee and I cannot put into words how much we appreciate all that you have done for us. We couldn't believe how lovely everything looked and how perfect and well put together the food was. Unfortunately we only managed to get a few delicious mouthfuls in before being pulled away by guests, but everyone commented on how lovely the food was, and I'm being bombarded for your details, so we think you're going to be even busier Mr Rapkin!! If you don't mind, I would like to post your details on the Confetti.co.uk website to let other brides-to-be know just how good you are. Let me know if this is okay to do.

The staff were so pleasant, to the point where some guests thought they were friends who had offered to serve for the day. On that point, our thanks go to you for the help you and your staff showed our Aunty Bea who had somewhat of a disaster with the wedding cake, but fortunately it all worked out well in the end. Aunty Bea told us that she was beside herself when the cake collapsed, but your staff rushed to her assistance, helped her to calm down and then got to work on the cake. Please pass our thanks to your staff - they are a credit to you. We'll make sure you get a piece. It's loaded with alcohol, so be careful!

After the dinner was over, you all slipped away so quietly, so please accept our apologies for getting a chance to say goodbye! The rest of the evening went very well and fortunately we've got lots of drink left over, so that's our evenings well taken care of!

Again Simon, thank you so much for helping our wedding day go so well. It's been a day to remember, and we have you to thank for that.

We'll definitely keep in touch, and hope to see you very soon!
