How do we do this? By understanding what motivates and inspires our client's stakeholders.
We don't think that anything memorable or truly special ever emerged from a formula by itself. If we had one, though, our's would be pretty straightforward: what can we do that's new and different to satisfy our clients? And if we can't do something new, how can we make what already exists better?
When we apply this kind of thought, we end up with a result that our clients are happy with and at the same time provides progress. We want our work to make a connection. That's why it's just as important to be concerned about what we put into the work as with what the audience gets out of it.
